Backlog of Untested DNA: What Can be Done?
We hear almost every day of another person wrongfully convicted by circumstantial or eyewitness testimony being freed after years behind bars for a crime they didn't commit. Slowly, states are beginning to admit that our justice system, though by far the best in the world, isn't perfect.
