What’s a typical workers’ comp surveillance case look like?
Most workers’ comp surveillance assignments are 2–5 day deployments with 2–3 hours of usable activity capture per day. We provide HD video with timestamp and GPS overlays, social-media verification, and a written report formatted for SC WCC hearings. Costs typically range $1,500–$5,000 per assignment.
Can you handle high-volume claim referrals?
Yes. We have the bench depth (12 SLED-licensed investigators) to handle volume referrals with SLA-based response and reporting. We currently support several SC and Southeast carriers on retainer with multi-claim caseloads.
Do you handle activity checks and AOE/COE investigations?
Yes. Activity checks are a core service — short-burst surveillance to verify reported injury/disability claims. AOE (Arising Out of Employment) and COE (Course of Employment) investigations include scene examination, witness interviews, and timeline reconstruction.

Can your evidence be used in fraud prosecutions?
Yes. Evidence collected by SLED-licensed PIs using lawful methods is admissible in SC Circuit Court and federal court. Chain-of-custody is preserved, and our investigators testify at fraud prosecutions in coordination with carrier counsel and prosecutors.
